The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you're looking for a mid-priced mop and robot vacuum. It offers a great mopping experience, but doesn't have the advanced features of its more expensive sibling.

In tests it was able to remove pet hair and dry oats out of carpets with a medium pile. It doesn't use LIDAR, however, like cheaper models do, to locate your home.

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top goovi robot vacuum vacuums. It is a powerful cleaner and a variety of features such as an automatic dirt bin built into its charging base. This robot can recognize your habits of cleaning, and suggest automated schedules to provide you with the ultimate hands-free cleaning experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the process of setting up. Once the system is setup you can begin the automatic cleaning with a single button. You can select a general clean, which prioritizes the removal of larger pieces of debris like rice and cereal. Or you can select two detailed mappings to ensure that the entire home is cleaned thoroughly.

This robot vacuum is effective on both bare floors and carpets with low pile. It can take in large objects and doesn't lose suction as quickly as other models do and can clean up pet hair without much difficulty. It's not able to work with carpets that are high-pile or plush, but iRobot promises that the next models will be better.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that concentrates on improving edge and Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt a flat-fronted, D-shaped design, which it hopes will allow it to hug walls and furniture. It's a nice improvement over the standard hockey puck shape of most robovacs, though we found it to be marginally better than circular models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also comes with an advanced filtration system that blocks microscopic particles and allergens recirculating within your home. We like the statement, but not enough to justify a higher price.

Its intelligent navigation system makes use of sensors to store the structure of your home, and vSLAM to map your interior of your home. This allows it to steer clear of obstacles, like staircases and other barriers, and to tidy up your entire home efficiently possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and also set virtual boundary markers to ensure that the robot is aware of the areas that require attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

When it is about robots that can combine vacuuming and mopping and mopping, the Roborock Q revo stands out. Its vacuum settings are just as good as those on more expensive models. Its mopping system is even better - its spinning pads clean your floors better than an ordinary pad that vibrates.

It's only downside is the lack of a second brush for deeper cleaning. But that's not a big deal when you're looking to purchase one of the best robots available. The robo-vac's dust tank is larger than many of its competitors and takes only two or three cycles to fill it, even at the highest dirt level.

In terms of the mopping system, I was amazed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping settings that it has which are less powerful than high-powered settings, produce little noise, so you can work or even watch television without getting distracted. It will gently bump into furniture or walls and then move away when it encounters one.

The Q Revo is unique in that it can run almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The robo-vac comes with a multi-function dock that automatically transfers physical garbage into the bin hidden from view and cleans and drys the mop pads and refills its clean water tank. The app is capable of nagging you only when something is in need of attention, such as the water tank being empty or a scheduled cleaning session having been canceled due to a full dust bin.

You can also create and merge actual rooms to alter how the Q Revo manages your home. This feature is useful if you have different flooring in different areas of your house or when you have to frequently get rid of clutter like toys, clothes and books. The robo-vac is also efficient and was one of the top performers in my tests, removing dirt from carpets and hardwoods in its first run. It can also clean up spills that are wet but I would suggest cleaning them off using a clean cloth before bringing the robot into.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum with all the features you could want. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it is a top-quality vacuum with powerful suction that cleans carpets and hard floors, and an omni-rotating mop that scrubs tough stains. It also has self-cleaning bases that automatically cleans and empty the mop pads, keeping them free of germs and ready to use again. It also has a sensor system that can detect obstacles better which allows it to avoid falling onto furniture and other objects.

The most significant improvement over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that this model is sleeker and more modern design, thanks to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for its Bang & Olufsen products). Although it's still quite large--it's more than two feet in height and depth and weighs almost four pounds--the robot itself and its base are much smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.

This version is also more efficient than the X1 version, since it charges faster and can handle a full cleaning of about 1,500 square feet on one charge. It also has a bigger and more robust dust bin that can hold more debris. This makes it easier to empty.

The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant as well as an app that works even when you're at home. It also comes with a smart routing feature that lets it clean specific areas or rooms of your home, instead of following a predetermined path.

The Omni X2 Omni has the top mopping performance of any robot we've tested due to its rotating mop pads that scrub away tough stains and a motor that creates plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming capabilities are excellent too, and it boosts suction when it detects carpet to ensure it's doing an excellent job. It comes with a huge rechargeable battery that lasts up to seven days. The mopping feature of the robot is also powerful.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium model that comes with a variety of features that aren't typically found on robots in this price range. It is able to build precise floor maps, recognize different flooring types and is one of the few to automatically wash and dry the mop pads. These features are nice but they also push the L10s into the class of luxury. This could make it more expensive than homeowners need.

It is designed to look like a contemporary floor cleaner designed to look like a modern floor cleaner, the L10s Ultra is a tall and slim machine with an elegant white finish highlighted by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine has a large bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner when you are moving around your home. Sensors are concealed behind the front pane which helps the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the screen, you'll find one button that is a switch for on and off. This button will turn on the vacuum. Clicking it again will shut it off and send it back to its base station. The central control panel includes an oblique menu that lets you choose cleaning modes or schedules, as well as preferences. The left and right buttons beneath the screen will open up the settings menu of the app where you can modify how the L10s Ultra works with your home.

The L10s Ultra, like the iRobot Roomba S9+ or Roborock Q Revo uses a combination LIDAR and Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo cameras-based navigation technology to map your home. This produces a precise floor plan that enables the robot vacuum and mop with ease without getting stuck in cluttered areas. The LIDAR also helps the robot vacuum detect and avoid obstacles, which is a nice feature for households with children or pets.

The L10s Ultra offers solid vacuuming performance that clears 98.4% of debris from our hard-floor test and getting rid of all but the most stubborn juice stains. The mops also work well, removing 98.4 percent of the debris from our tile, carpet, and wood tests. It wasn't as effective in removing sand from the hard floor or quaker oats from the carpet.
