However, it's not exactly the most efficient deebot robot vacuum cleaner available. Like many other robots it's not a great climber and is prone to problems with things like metal threshold transition strips.

4. Shark ION

This budget robovac is a robot that looks just like the other, but comes with some extra features and better performance. Its smart mapping system creates 2D and 3-D maps of your house and uses them to navigate around and stay clear of obstructions. It's even able to spot common obstacles like furniture legs and power cords in real time. This combination of sensors together with a bump sensor, and an infrared drop sensor that keeps it from falling down the stairs is what makes it one of the fastest vacs we've tested.
