The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is an excellent option if you're looking for a robot vacuum and mop that is mid-range. It provides a fantastic mopping experience, but doesn't have the features that make up its more expensive sibling.

During testing it was able to take on dry oats and dust on carpets of medium pile and pet hair on hard floors. It does not use LIDAR, however, as cheaper models do to locate your home.

1. iRobot Roomba S9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is among the best-rated robots. It is loaded with features and impressive cleaning power, such as an area for dirt that is integrated into the charging base. This robot can also learn your cleaning habits and suggest automated schedules to provide a hands-free and effortless experience.

It's easy to set up thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the process. Once the system is in place you can begin the automated cleaning with a single button click. You can choose a general clean that prioritizes cleaning up larger debris like cereal and rice or go for two detailed maps of your space to ensure your entire home has a clean and tidy appearance.

This robot vacuum is effective on both floors with no carpet and carpets with low pile. It can remove pet hair and sucks big objects up. It doesn't lose suction as quickly as other robot vacuums. It's not the best time with plush or high-pile carpet, however iRobot claims it will improve with the next models.

The S9+ is a new design from iRobot that focuses on improving the edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba that has flat-fronted D-shaped designs. The company hopes this will allow it to be able to hug furniture and walls. It's a nice change from the hockey puck-like design of most robovacs, though we found it to be only incrementally better than circular models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also has superior filtration which blocks microscopic particles and allergens recirculating in your home. We like the statement but not enough to justify a premium price.

Its smart navigation system uses sensors to store the structure of your home, and vSLAM to map the interior of your home. It can then clean your entire home with ease by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and schedule cleaning times, and establish virtual boundary markers, so that it can recognize areas that need extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

When it is about robots that can combine mopping and vacuuming and mopping, the Roborock Q revo stands out. Its vac settings are just as effective as those on more expensive models, and its mopping system is better still--its spinning pads do a much more impressive job of scrubbing floors than a stationary vibrating pad.

The only drawback is the lack of a second brush to allow for deeper cleaning. But that's not a major issue when you're looking to purchase one of the best robots available. The dust tank on the robo-vac is larger than its competitors and filling it takes just two or three cycles, even when you've got a lot of dirt.

In terms of the mopping system, I was impressed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. Its two mopping modes at the lowest, which are less aggressive than the high-powered ones, generate very little noise, which allows you to work or even watch TV without interruption. If it encounters the wall or a furniture piece it gently bumps into it and then moves along.

What sets the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to operate almost completely on its own, with no need for user intervention. The dock of the robo-vac is multifunctional and can automatically transfer garbage into a bin hidden. It also washes, dries and refills the clean water tank. The app will only notify you when something is not right like the water tank being empty or a canceled vacuuming session due to a full bin.

You can also create and merge actual rooms to alter how the Q Revo will treat your home. This is an excellent feature if you have multiple rooms in your home that have different flooring materials or if there's a lot of clutter that needs to be cleaned out frequently, like toys, clothes and books. The robo-vac was also one of the top performers in my tests and was able to remove debris from carpets and hardwood floors in the first attempt. It can vacuum up even wet spills. I recommend drying them with a towel before sending it into.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd expect from a high-end robot vacuum and mop combo and more. It has an omni-rotating mop as well as a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets and hard floors. It's similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also comes with a self-cleaning station that automatically washes and cleans the mop pads to keep them fresh and ready for reuse. It also has a new sensor system that better recognizes obstacles, giving it the ability to avoid falling over furniture and other objects.

The most significant improvement over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that this model has a sleeker, more modern design, thanks to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for Bang & Olufsen products). The cheap robot vacuum cleaner is still quite large. It measures over two feet in height and depth and weighs nearly four pounds. However the robot and its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo and iRobot j7.

This model is also more efficient than the X1, as it charges faster and can handle a full cleaning of about 1,500 square feet on one charge. It also has a bigger and more durable dustbin that can hold more debris. This makes it easier to empty.

Finally it is worth noting that the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app and voice assistant that operates offline, allowing you to control it even when you're not home. It also comes with additional mopping modes as well as a smart cleaning routing feature that allows you to clean specific rooms or areas of your home instead just following a specific route.

The X2 Omni is the most effective mopping robot cleaner With Mop. Its rotating mop pads scrub away tough stains, and its motor generates a lot of downward pressure. Its vacuuming capabilities are excellent as well and it increases suction when it detects carpet to ensure it's doing an excellent job. It also has a massive battery that can last for several weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as effective as any we've seen in a consumer-grade robot.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot mop and vacuum is a high-end model that has a range of features that aren't typically found on robots of this price. It has the ability to create detailed floor maps, detect different flooring types, robot cleaner with mop and it's one of the few that can automatically wash and dry the mop pads. These features are nice however they can place the L10s in the class of luxury. This could mean it's more expensive than homeowners need.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaning machine. It is tall and slim with a white finish, accentuated by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine has a large bumper that protects the vacuum cleaner and furniture while moving around your home. Sensors are hidden behind the front pane which helps the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top, you'll find one button that is a switch for on and off. Pressing this will activate the vacuum, while clicking it again will turn off the vacuum and send it back to its base station. The central control panel has the circular menu which lets you select cleaning modes, schedules, and preferences. The left and right buttons beneath the screen will open the settings menu of the app where you can modify how the L10s Ultra works with your home.

The L10s Ultra, like the iRobot Roomba S9+ or Roborock Q Revo uses a combination of cameras and LIDAR technology to map your home. This creates a precise floor plan that allows the robot vacuum and mop effectively and avoid getting stuck in messy areas. The LIDAR also lets the robot vacuum detect and avoid obstacles and obstacles, which is a wonderful feature for families with children or pets.

The L10s Ultra is a powerful vacuum cleaner, removing 98.4 percent of the debris we test on hard floors and taking out all but stubborn juice staining. Its mops also perform well and remove 98.4 percent of the debris from our carpet, tile, and wood tests. However, it wasn't as great at tackling sand on the floor or the quaker oats that are on carpet.
