In January, Natura &Co plans to begin trading its shares via ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. This will allow the company to leverage its brand synergies and expand its product offerings, and reach 200 million consumers around the world.

The company also has appointed a new executive team to drive the next phase of growth. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. Alongside overseeing the global stewardship of the Natura brand and its products, she will also be in charge of the company's development and operations outside of Latin America.

Prior to joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever in which he held a variety of positions, including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last position was Vice President of Operations and Logistics in the company.

Ferreira is also a member of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department. He is not someone who asks questions afterward, but he is the one who spends time first.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and member of the top management team, will assume the role as Avon's CEO. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience running a top cosmetics brand and is well-positioned to oversee the company's global operations.

The Avon CEO has been a champion for women around the globe and has embraced the concept of gender empowerment. She has been involved in many initiatives to bring about positive changes for women across nations around the world. Most prominent are those that fight gender-based violence and encourage women's economic empowerment.

Cretu has held leadership roles at a variety of companies, in addition to her position as Avon's Vice President. She was the Vice President for South-East Europe and Group Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe and the General Manager for several regions.

In the last year, she has been recognized for her contribution to the company's mission, earning her the title of CEO of the Year and winning the Management Today Champions of Change award. She has also been recognised as a Leader for Change in the category of Women's Empowerment by INNOCOS.

The new Chief Executive Officer of the company, Avon, will continue to lead its mission of empowering women, and accelerate growth. Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is a senior executive leader at Avon. Acosta joined the company as Senior Vice President and Latin America President in 2011. He was recently appointed Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. This position will report directly to Charles Herington, the Company's Executive Chairman.

Before joining Avon prior to joining Avon, he worked for several years working at Unilever. He has extensive experience building consumer-oriented businesses in emerging markets. In addition to his work at Avon the company, he also serves as an investor and board member of RoC Skincare in New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. He also oversees the development and implementation of a fresh social selling approach that is digital.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as a management trainee. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. Later, he held top-level positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

He was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever from 1999 to 2004. He was responsible for overseeing Dove one of the most well-known brands in the company. In addition He was also a participant in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty which was a global campaign that introduced innovative products like Pro Age.

After his time as a senior vice president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he was promoted to a more international role. He served as Brand President for Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 to 2008. He was located in New York during this period.

He was previously a Regional President for Avon Sales Leader Commission Structure Latin America at Avon. His tasks included driving sales and developing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also supported the development of new product lines, such as Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a long heritage and offers a variety of products. However, one aspect of the company that stands out in recent years is its Health and Wellness division. Avon has opened a new office in London and has made several moves to restructure its business. Avon's new leadership has taken measures to increase the company's profitability and reduce its the leverage on balance sheets. It has also stepped up cost savings initiatives.

Avon also signed an agreement to form a strategic partnership with Cerberus Capital Management L.P. and will invest $435 Million in the company over two years. As part of the agreement, ICR will provide capital markets advisory services to the Company.

James Scully will oversee the global supply chain for the company along with the entire IT and finance functions. Scully will also be accountable for the company's transformation plan. This is an essential aspect of the Avon's growth strategy.

Jim Scully is also a director at Avon and a board member of J.Jill. His new role at Avon will enable the company to follow its strategic plan. He also brings an extensive operational background to the Avon.

Furthermore, Miguel Fernandez, previously an executive vice-president at Herbalife was appointed as the Global President of Avon. He has extensive knowledge of e-commerce, customer management and execution of growth strategies.

In the meantime the Neiman Marcus Group has been looking for a permanent chief financial officer. Two interim executives were hired.
